Jonkoping overview

Jonkoping Travel Guide
Jonkoping is nestled at the southern point of Lake Vattern; Sweden’s second largest body of water. Travellers to Jonkoping seeking adventure and non-stop thrills should seek elsewhere. Jonkoping may be quite picturesque and attractive, but it seems to lack that sense of excitement often exuded by other large Swedish towns. Nevertheless, the city does provide tourists with several intriguing landmarks, including the Bathhouse of Rosenlunds, Rosenlunds Rosarium, the Lans Museum and Jonkoping’s natural treasure; Lake Vattern beach. Unfortunately, the nightlife in the city matches its sense of adventure, leaving very limited options when the sun goes down. This may even be attributed to the overabundance of churches dotting the cityscape.
